There is an envelope that is sealed, I assume that holds the windows etc. From what I can tell all the parts are there. Also noticed some of the cedar shakes were broken, but looks like there should be enough. The roof has the holes for the windows cut out and the staircase opening has been cut out. It looks like the original owner started to make it and gave up.

The young man who went over the hitch with me was fantastic, which is beyond valuable. The entire dealership is very clean, even the garage that installs the hitch. That area was immaculately clean and set up beautifully. I actually got teary eyed when I saw the board with my name on it, the red carpet and the gift box.
The area where my RV was set up to go over was very well done. We would recommend Colonial RV to anyone interested in a good experience. Colonial RV took any of our post-delivery concerns seriously and took action to remedy them where appropriate while we were there, which also very much appreciated (there weren’t many of those and all were minor).
